West Stroba
Hi! I am West Stroba. I am a current student at the Columbus College of Art and Design, studying Fine Arts. I have a focus in painting and sculpture, a concentration in Game Design, and a minor in Art History. I love everything weird and wacky, and I translate that love into prop-making. I hope you
enjoy my work!

All pieces shown bellow were created for David Fachman, owner of Scarefactory inc.

For these 2 pieces, I used polyurethane foam and latex in molds to form the base shape, then I painted them with various spray paints and liquid paints.

For this piece, I constructed the pumpkins and skull pumpkin from the same polyurethane foam and latex as the two above, but for this specific prop, I also attached all pieces to a welded frame. I then painted the stack and added the hats, which were a type of moldable plastic fabric on a metal frame.

The props above are apart of Scarefactorys pumpkin ball toss game. I assembled the foam and latex pieces onto their respective frames and then I and Teo, @dumbcrowboy on instagram, painted the pumpkings and attached all of the vines and fabric pieces.
(The pieces below demonstrate my experience working with both Silicoline and Ultracal concrete mix when creating molds and such.)

Game Creation
-I want to make a game-
This 3D walking sim was created with the intention of being able to share my experiences with childhood trauma with others. In this game, you play as a child exploring a house full of people who only want to put you down; you, the child in this scenario, only want to make games about your experiences and the things you enjoy. But with the negativity of your household, it proves difficult to come up with positive ideas. This was the first game I ever created, and I am very proud of the progress I made throughout its creation. If you click the link to my Itch.IO page, you will find the game and
It's available download.

Having a date for a title is not unheard of in media. However, this specific date holds a great deal of significance for this game. I created this game intending to allow someone to feel less alone in their grief process and for them to know that the emotions they are experiencing are okay. The game follows our main character, an adult flower, as they navigate obstacles keeping them from something they aren’t even sure if they should be looking for. Our title, a date, is the date of someone who has passed in my life. At the time of creating this game, I was missing them more than usual, and I wanted to express those feelings by doing the one thing that was always
there for me, art.

This 2D virtual pet game brings a sadistic cult leader bear to life. Make sure to feed, put to bed, worship, and clean up after your newfound pet, or something bad might just happen. If you’re not careful, god himself may have to come down and give you a talking to. Make sure to keep this little guy happy … or else.
